Jesus Aguilar’s journey in the construction industry began with a passion for building and solving complex challenges. He spent five years working in the field, specializing in directional drilling and underground construction, where he gained firsthand experience managing projects and understanding the importance of reliable partners.

Driven by a vision to provide exceptional service, Jesus founded Aguilar Construction. As the company grew, one challenge became clear: finding a dependable traffic control company that consistently met the safety, scheduling, and quality standards his customers deserved. Rather than settle for less, Jesus saw an opportunity.

Recognizing that traffic control is a critical part of every successful roadway and utility project, he partnered with Ramon Lopez, a traffic control professional with more than 30 years of industry experience. Together, they founded Aguilar Traffic with a simple mission — to provide safe, dependable, and responsive traffic control services that contractors can count on.

Today, Aguilar Construction and Aguilar Traffic work hand in hand, offering customers a seamless experience from project planning to completion. Built on integrity, safety, and a commitment to excellence, the companies continue to earn the trust of contractors, municipalities, and private clients throughout Arizona.
